Cookies & local storage

• Authentication session — a token stored by our authentication provider so you stay signed in until you sign out. Strictly necessary.
• Offline queue — checkpoint scans, incident drafts, and media queued in browser storage when connectivity drops, then synced when you reconnect. Strictly necessary for field reliability.
• Preferences — saved views, dismissed recommendations, and interface state so screens open the way you left them. Functional.
• Security and abuse prevention — request metadata used to detect suspicious activity. Strictly necessary.

Map tiles and address lookup are loaded from Google Maps Platform and OpenStreetMap, and payment pages are served by Stripe. These providers may set their own cookies when their components load; their own policies apply.

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Clearing them signs you out and discards anything queued offline that has not yet synced, so sync before clearing.
