Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated August 5, 2026

This policy applies to everyone who uses PatrolOS, including owners, dispatchers, supervisors, officers, and client users. It supplements the Terms of Service.

You must not

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate harassment, stalking, or intimidation.
  • Track or record any person's location or activity without the notice and consent required by law in your jurisdiction.
  • Upload media or recordings captured in violation of privacy, wiretapping, or two-party consent laws.
  • Falsify time punches, checkpoint scans, patrol records, or incident reports, or edit records to misrepresent what happened.
  • Publish AI-generated reports as fact without human review and verification.
  • Share credentials, impersonate another user, or access a workspace or site you are not assigned to.
  • Attempt to bypass role-based access, plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Probe, scan, or load-test the platform without written permission, or introduce malware.
  • Scrape, resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without a written agreement.
  • Upload payment card data, government identification numbers, or protected health information into free-text or media fields unless a separate written agreement covers it.

Officer safety expectations

Panic, man-down, and geofence features are software aids and can fail. Do not use them as your only escalation path, and never instruct officers to rely on them instead of calling emergency services.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict features, suspend users, or terminate accounts, with notice where practicable. Serious violations — unlawful surveillance, falsified records, or attacks on the platform — can be actioned immediately and reported to authorities where required.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected misuse to angel18almanza@gmail.com with as much detail as you can share.
